At Outdoor Sports Hunting, we want to ensure your gear fits perfectly and performs as expected, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn apparel and equipment. Items must be in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and select the order you wish to return, or visit our online portal to generate a return authorization number.
Pack Your Gear
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hunting gear and apparel tags are intact and included in the box.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping barcodes.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
